PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS assumes with great responsibility the commitment to the Quality of processes and products, the protection of the Environment and the Safety of employees, customers and suppliers.
QUALITY
At PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, ensuring the quality of processes and products through rigorous methods is considered a key factor in the development of the business.
Therefore, the company selected a set of production lines, mostly with the Quality Management System certification, according to ISO 9001: 2008.
Quality is important in PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS Company Policy. All the objectives and commitments are well defined in the daily life of the company.
All equipment marketed has a CE marking*, which guarantees that the product complies with the standards set out in the Community directives and may circulate within the European Economic Area.
Success in the marketplace depends on the ability to deliver products and services that meet or exceed expectations. The excellence in Quality will be obtained by the identification, documentation, visualization and continuous improvement of our processes.
ENVIRONMENT
Sustainable Development is an integral part of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS business strategy, through the establishment of ties of cooperation and involvement with society.
At PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, all relevant environmental indicators are continuously monitored. There is a constant concern to minimize the production of waste through the implementation of the best processes and technologies present.
The sustainability program of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS presupposes an ethical behavior, which is described through company policy, code of conduct, values and principles.
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is a partner of Amb3E - Portuguese Waste Management Association, managing entity of the Electron Network, responsible for the collection and referral for treatment and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators.
And a partner of the APA - Portuguese Environment Agency, coordinating entity of the Working Group on Monitoring the Implementation of the National Strategy, for the environment. Having as its vision, contribute to the sustainable development of Portugal, based on high standards of protection and enhancement of environmental systems and integrated approaches to public policies.
The company is also proactive in the sense that all the components that are part of the equipment comply with the European RoHS directive, which restricts the use of harmful chemicals to the ecosystem in consumer goods, as well as complying with the limits for a digital device Class B, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules, which state that:
(1). These devices may not cause harmful interference.
(2). These devices must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
SAFETY
The purpose of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is to provide the complete satisfaction of the needs of our employees as well as the protection of assets, always complying with the applicable standards and specifications.
It is necessary to provide the means to activation, if necessary, the security measures according to the parameters required by the national and community level legislation.
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS provides the human, material and organizational means appropriate to security as a sustainable investment.
The safety of operations, people and property, the environment and work, is a property to be preserved as patrimony of the Company, as a guarantee of the provision of services to our customers and as a defense of the working conditions of employees.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
The technical department of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, has several measuring and analysis equipment for tests of electrical safety of the kiosks.
What we see in the image is an end-of-line test equipment, used to check all the connections / assembly of the electrical board present inside our kiosks. The tests ensure that we comply with the guidelines for electrical component protection.
In this way, we ensure that the assembly is well executed, without jeopardizing the operation of the equipment as well as the safety of the user.
