Project with the kiosks of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is finalist of the Solal Marketing Awards 2018
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS self-service kiosks are part of the Digital Kiosks, project, implemented at the Alegro Alfragide, shopping center, now finalist at the Solal Marketing Awards.
These awards, given by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) are the global reference award, which rewards the best practices in the retail sector.
The Digital Kiosks project consists of the implementation of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS self-service kiosks, through its partner Levoo, in the Alegro Alfragide shopping center, owned and managed by Ceetrus Portugal.
This technological transformation has resulted in more intelligent, sustainable and dynamic spaces, creating innovative and appealing experiences for consumers who visit the shopping center and resort to catering services.
The ordering of self-service meals by digital kiosks, revolutionizes an entire service, providing advantages to all stakeholders.
From customers, who avoid long queues and experience new service dynamics, they can also opt for the Levoo app, as well as catering providers that release time, attention and resources to the most relevant areas of their service.
In conclusion, a faster, personalized and higher quality service is provided.
